As Programme Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of projects within the Inland Saline Mine Water Programme. Working closely with the Principal Delivery Manager, you will help shape programme strategy, develop long-term delivery plans and ensure successful achievement of programme outcomes.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will oversee a portfolio of projects at different stages of development, from surveys, investigations and pilot studies through to major infrastructure and environmental remediation schemes. Supporting the Project Managers you will be influencing programme planning, resource management, financial performance, risk management and governance, ensuring projects are delivered safely and provide value for money.
You will work collaboratively with technical specialists, commercial teams, property teams, health and safety professionals, operational colleagues and external stakeholders to solve challenges and drive successful outcomes. You will also play a key role in line managing and mentoring project delivery professionals, helping to build capability and strengthen programme performance across the team.
As part of the Salinity team, we are looking for an agile and forward-thinking leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities and is passionate about making a positive environmental impact. In return, you will have the opportunity to help shape an expanding programme, influence strategic decisions and support the delivery of nationally important work that protects people and the environment.
